Louise Rumball

For me, this is personal.

Daily Devotion and The Rally were born from my own reckoning with what success was costing me. As an ex-lawyer, three-time founder, and top 1% podcaster, I spent years in the cycle: push harder, achieve more, crash, repeat. For 15 years, I battled an autoimmune disorder no doctor could explain - and most of that time, I was sat at a desk.

What finally shifted wasn't slowing down. It was movement. Moving stress chemistry through my body. Restoring my cellular voltage. Shifting my state — physically, not just mentally.
