Hi, I’m Louise Rumball

— ex-Lawyer, 4x Founder, Top 1% Podcaster, and Integrative Health Practitioner.

A woman with reddish-brown hair styled in a ponytail, dressed in a cream-colored suit and white crop top, sitting on a chair against a neutral background, smiling with a confident expression.

✨ My entrance into the world took two hours (yes, really)… and it’s felt like life’s quite literally been at 100mph ever since. ✨

I’ve always been that girl — the one doing the most. Building businesses, chasing dreams, working out 5 times a week, travelling, living life big.

Slow mornings? Balance? Meditation? Calm reactions? Yeah… those never came naturally to me.

Ambition runs through my veins. Hustle was my default setting. Chaotic life and chaotic men were part of my blueprint.

And for a while, it worked. Until it didn’t.

Where It Really Started...

At 19, while at college, my body gave me its first warning sign — a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia.
Full-body and pelvic pain that no doctor could explain.

Sure, I’d been stressed (what 19-year-old isn’t?), but this? This felt extreme.

Gut biopsies, muscle needles, invasive scans — I did it all. The verdict?

“It’s high cortisol. Your body is in overdrive.”

Did I stop? Slow down? Change?

Absolutely not. I felt fine, and I had sh*t to do.

I kept pushing, harder and faster — even when my skin felt like it was burning.

Into my 20s - on Paper? My life, perfect. My Body? Falling Apart.

I qualified as a lawyer.
Accepted a job in Dubai.
Built a multi-6-figure marketing agency.
Launched 1Rebel, worked with Nike, hit my dreams early.
Build & led a team of 10.
Lived in London, New York and LA.

The travel, the clients, the wins — it all looked so perfect.

But behind the scenes?
My body was screaming.

I Tried Everything (Literally).

Working in wellness gave me access to the best:
✔ Private doctors
✔ Functional medicine
✔ Gut tests
✔ IV drips
✔ Hyperbaric oxygen
✔ Cryotherapy

I threw everything at my body.
Nothing really worked.

Then Someone Said…

"Lou, have you looked at what toxic stress and suppressed emotions are doing to your body?"

And suddenly — it clicked. It made sense. It wasn’t just stress. It was toxic stress. High cortisol. Stuck emotions. Muscle tension I couldn’t see, but felt.

That sneaky internal loop:
“I have to do more. I have to be more. I’m not enough.”

Running on repeat — in my body, mind, and cells.

Ignoring everything and flying high on ambition, excitement and my potential future.

So, I Started to Rebuild My Life From the Inside Out

I stopped trying to fix my body from the outside. I started working from the inside. One ritual at a time. One decision a day.

✔ Weight lifting
✔ Somatic movement
✔ Breathwork
✔ Expression — dancing, jumping, shaking
✔ Emotional release + trauma work

And things shifted — properly, this time.

✨ The pain melted away
✨ My skin cleared
✨ My digestion balanced (goodbye IBS)
✨ My energy returned
✨ I felt my glow coming back

For the first time, my body stopped fighting me.

And I started to be able to speed up - without pain.

My businesses started to blow up. I started a podcast that hit the top 1%, with over 8 million downloads. I went viral on TikTok and Instagram, amassing over half a million followers. I signed with United Talent Agency.

But the pain was always lingering in the background - ready to come back if I pushed too hard.

The Birth of Daily Devotion

But here’s the thing… the healing wasn’t a one-time fix. I needed daily wellness practices to keep me feeling good. I call these my ‘rituals’.

I searched everywhere — but nothing existed.

Sure, there were free YouTube videos, Pilates apps. Meditation apps. Breathwork classes.

But none of them combined everything I needed — built for busy, ambitious women like me.

None of them were fast and effective.

So, I created them. And I secured some of my favorite practitionerrs to help me on the journey
