I’m Louise Rumball, Integrative Health Practitioner and founder of Daily Devotion but before I ever understood any of this, I was the woman who believed she could outrun her body.

And the truth is: I wasn’t driven by ease or inspiration back then.

So I pushed.
And my body broke.
Autoimmune issues. Hormonal chaos. Bone-deep fatigue that no amount of sleep could fix. I kept trying to “rest” but the cycle continued.
I was living entirely from the neck up - strategy, thinking, pushing - and I had abandoned the very thing I needed most: my physiology.
And that’s when I began to understand burnout in a whole new way. Now, I get to share everything with I have learned. $$$$s of dollars later, I finally discovered the answers and now I bring them to you.
