Confidence Queen is personal to me.
I grew up feeling different - like I didn’t quite fit or belong - and learned early on to adapt, perform, and seek validation outside of myself. For a long time, that showed up in my adult life as people-pleasing, chasing approval, and trying to be the version of me I thought would be accepted or coolest.
What I didn’t realise then was that this wasn’t a confidence issue - it was a nervous system pattern.
Through years of study and practice as an Integrative Health Practitioner and Somatic Healer, I learned how confidence is shaped, how it gets disrupted, and how it can be rebuilt magically from the inside out.
Everything inside Confidence Queen comes from that journey that change my life.
