What people are saying about the Morning Rally:

Made for the Busy AF, Always-On, Type A Woman who:

  • Wakes up groggy and needs coffee just to get going

  • Reaches for her phone to start working or scrolling before she’s even out of bed

  • Finally hits her stride once the caffeine, excitement, and ambition kick in

  • Races through the week with barely a second to slow down, only to crash hard by the weekend

  • Spends weekends partly recovering instead of fully enjoying them

  • Keeps saying “next week will be quieter” (but it never is)

  • Knows deep down she’s destined for greatness, she just needs her body to keep up

  • Believes she can do it all, but wonders at what cost

  • Laughs when told to “slow down” or just “soften into her feminine

The Story Behind Morning Rally

Louise Rumball, Integrative Health Practitioner and founder of Daily Devotion, knows the ambition game better than anyone. A three-time business owner, entrepreneur, female founder, and Type A high-achiever with a history of autoimmunity, she has risen to the top and burnt out more times than she cares to admit. She hated being told to slow down. Meditations and “just sitting still” never worked. What she realized was this: daily movement was the difference between crushing the day or falling off - yet she was so tired in the mornings that even getting up felt impossible.

When she uncovered how her ambition was wreaking havoc on her Cortisol Awakening Response, she realized she didn’t need another “morning routine” — she needed a system. She needed something to wake her up, fast.

Walking meditations didn’t deliver, so she created her own: a ritual that goes far beyond meditation. Morning Rally is a structure. A methodology. A way to rally her mornings so she could reign over her week.

Her philosophy is simple: sometimes you have to rally - do the thing you don’t feel like doing - to shift your energy, unlock your potential, and live the life you want. And the days she rallies? Those are the days she loves her life the most.
